Abhijit has over 32 years of diverse experience in development finance, commercial banking, and microfinance. At Unitus Capital, Abhijit played a key role in developing and building the firm’s business, particularly in the financial inclusion sector

Previously, Abhijit was an AGM with the Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI), where he led SIDBI’s transformational role in the Indian Microfinance space. Abhijit started his career with the State Bank of India (SBI), where he worked in a variety of business areas in six different locations within India. Abhijit has co-authored articles on microfinance and impact investing in international journals and is regularly quoted in leading national dailies in India. Abhijit has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Kolkata University and is a Certified Associate of IIBF, Mumbai. He has also attended the School of Applied Microfinance Program in Kenya and the Program on Strategic Leadership for Microfinance at the Harvard Business School.

Abhijit has a passion for sports and loves to play whenever the gets time. His favorite sports are Cricket, football, badminton, and table tennis.

Adaa has over 2 years of experience. Before joining UCIC, she worked in business development and was also part of the investment banking teams at Aavishkaar Group and Capwise Financial Services. She has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mithibai College, University of Mumbai.
Adaa has a passion for water sports, enjoys playing tennis, and loves watching thriller movies.

Aisiri has recently completed her B.Com (Honors) in Accounting and Finance from RV University. She is pursuing her US – Certified Management Accountant certification to further enhance her skills.

She enjoys reading novels, watching movies and TV shows, and has a passion for drawing and painting.

Akshay is a graduate in commerce from Karnataka University of Dharwad and is a Qualified Company Secretary from ICSI.

Prior to UCIC, he worked as a Company Secretary Management Trainee at INDO-MIM Limited, where he developed a foundation in legal and compliance.

Akshay likes to travel and explore new things.

Anam has over 5 years of experience in the Banking and Consulting sectors. Prior to UCIC, Anam worked in financial inclusion initiatives at MicroSave Consulting Pvt Ltd and helped in developing the Business Correspondent (BC) model at ESAF Small Finance Bank. Anam holds an MBA from Calicut University and is passionate about driving positive changes in the financial sector.

Anam loves travelling and is a sports enthusiast, she enjoys dancing and singing.

Amit has over 1 year of experience. Prior to joining UCIC, he worked at Motilal Oswal Financial Services as an Area Manager for Investment products. He is an MBA finance graduate from IFIM college Bangalore.

Amit likes to play sports like Badminton, Cricket, and Snooker, he also loves trekking and cooking.

Bhavya has over 3 years of experience in the financial services industry and holds a keen interest in India’s startup ecosystem. Before joining UCIC, she worked as an analyst at She Capital and Arcesium India Pvt Ltd(DE Shaw group). She is a B. Com graduate from Mount Carmel College, Bangalore.

Bhavya is a former basketball player, an avid reader, and likes to talk about good food and movies.

Chandan has completed his Master of Business Administration in Finance specialization from CMS Business School, Jain University, Bangalore. He has also completed his Bachelor of Business Administration in HR specialization from Bangalore University.

Chandan is an avid trekker and likes to read Non-fiction books on Finance, Economics, International Relations, and Public Policy.

Dhvni has 1.5 years of experience in Human Resources. Prior to UCIC, she was associated with Niyo Solutions as a Campus Recruiter and Intern HR Business Partner. She has completed her Master of Business Administration in HR specialization from ICFAI Business School, Mumbai.

Dhvni is a big-time Marvel fan and loves to listen to music.

Durai has 3.5 years of experience spanning both technology and academia. Prior to UCIC, he worked as a Software Developer in the IT sector and as an Assistant Professor at an engineering college. He holds an M.Tech in Electrical Drives and Control from Pondicherry Engineering College.

Durai loves to watch movies and anime.

Edwin is a finance professional with 4 years of experience. Prior to joining UCIC, he was associated with PwC in the Assurance Line of Service. He is a Chartered Accountant and has completed his Bachelor in Commerce from Christ University, Bangalore.

Edwin is a sports enthusiast and a Football aficionado.

Farhan is a Bcom graduate in International Accounting and Finance from Garden City University and is an ACCA aspirant. Prior to UCIC, he worked as a Finance Executive at A & AB Associates where he handled clients from the USA and Canada as a Bookkeeper.

Farhan is a passionate cricket player, having participated in numerous leagues in Bengaluru, and finds joy in traveling and exploring new places.

Gautam has completed Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from Alliance University, Bangalore. Prior to UCIC, he worked at V N & Co chartered accountant firm in GST filings, TDS filings, financial statement preparation and client handling.
Gautam enjoys basketball, football and cooking.

Gowthaman has 5.5 years of experience in the Credit domain having handled portfolios related to housing, SME, and supply chain. He has also handled the risk profile for automated loans in SMEs. He was previously associated with Capital Float and L&T housing finance. Gowthaman is a chartered accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Shriram College of Commerce. He holds Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certification as well.

Gowthaman is an avid film buff and tries his hand at writing in his amateur blog. He enjoys reading books and traveling to places by bike. An armchair expert in cricket as well.

Harshita is a Cost & Management Accountant and has completed her graduation from the University of Calcutta. Prior to joining UCIC, she used to work as an auditor at Brahmani River Pellet Limited. She is a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) graduate with a specialization in Accountancy from Shri Shikshayatan College, Kolkata.

Harshita enjoys spending time with nature & listening to music.

Ishita has completed Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from Alliance University, Bangalore. Prior to UCIC, she worked at Shelton Streets in trading strategies, client handling, and research-driven decision-making and has completed an internship in marketing strategy.

Ishita enjoys dancing, travelling and cooking.

Jyotishman has a year of experience in the field of Audit. Prior to joining UCIC, he used to work for Lodha & Bhatt Chartered Accountants, Bangalore. He looked after stock, internal and statutory audits. He is a Master in Commerce graduate from St. Joseph’s College of Commerce.

He is a gamer and Fitness enthusiast.

Kajal is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Law Graduate. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Taxation) degree from Barkatullah University, Bhopal.

Kajal likes to listen to music, watch movies and is enthusiastic about singing and dancing.

Kausthub has 2 years of experience in the stock broking industry. Prior to joining UCIC, he worked in the operations department of Zerodha Broking Ltd. He is a Bachelor of Commerce graduate from Bangalore University.

Kausthub is a deep sea diver and is an avid fan of classic rock, suspense thrillers, and horror movies.

Kiran has over 14 years of experience in office administration, procurement, vendor management, facility coordination, and process improvement. Prior to UCIC he has worked across various industries, contributing to the functioning of business operations and team support systems. Kiran holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Bangalore University.

Kiran enjoys bike riding and listening to mild music in his free time.

Krishnan has recently completed Bachelor’s in Commerce and has completed both parts of the FRM and is currently pursuing the CFA.

A true foodie, he loves exploring different cuisines. He is also a fan of horror and crime thriller movies. In his free time, he enjoys playing cricket and badminton.

Madhav has graduated in Bachelors in Statistics (Hons) from Ramjas College and currently pursuing CFA. Prior to UCIC, he had 1 year experience of working in the wholesale business.

Madhav loves to play chess and badminton.

Madhavi has over 5 years of experience. Prior to joining UCIC, she was working in Skillbee India Pvt Ltd with the Finance and Accounts team. She is a B.Com (hons) graduate from First Grade college in Kodlipet, Mangalore University of Commerce (Accounts).

Madhavi is a music lover, she likes Cooking, reading books and loves to be Fit.

Manu has over 3 years of experience in finance. Prior to joining UCIC he was associated with Vasu and Sivaram Chartered Accountants, Thrissur and Saju & Co. Chartered Accountants, Ernakulam in the assurance and taxation line of service. He is a Chartered Accountant and is a B.Com graduate from Rajagiri College of Social Sciences (Autonomous), Ernakulam, Kerala

Manu is an avid Football enthusiast and loves to watch films of varied genres.

Nagaraja has over 4 years of experience. Prior to joining UCIC, he was working in Headquarters Naval Technical Group (Navy) with the Admin team at Indian Navy. He is a B.Com graduate from S.A.V.T. Govt College, Vijayanagara Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Bellary.

Nagaraja is a loves nature and finds peace in spending time outdoors.

Rahul has 3 years of experience. Prior to joining UCIC, he was working at Accenture as an Associate in the R2R process. He is a B.com graduate from St. Joseph’s College of Commerce, Bangalore, and has completed a US-Certified Management Accountant (US-CMA).

Rahul enjoys traveling, cycling, and running and avidly follows cricket.

Raj is a legal professional with a BBA LLB (Hons.) degree from Alliance University. He is a qualified Company Secretary with an AIR 2, his interest lies in corporate and securities laws. Prior to UCIC, Raj worked as a legal correspondent for over 2 years where he reported cases from Bombay High Court, NCLT, NCLAT, SEBI, and SAT.

Raj likes to play badminton and snooker.

Samir is a recent MSc Finance Graduate from Lancaster, England, and holds a BBA degree in Financial marketing from Manipal University, Udupi. He is a Marang Gomke scholarship holder from the State of Jharkhand, for his studies in England.

Samir is a big-time foodie and enjoys watching thriller content. He loves to travel whenever he gets an opportunity and aspires to backpack around the globe.

Swetha has completed Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Business Administration with specialisation in Operations Management from Department of Management Studies, Kannur University, Kerala.

Swetha loves to try new food items and has passion for painting and cooking.

Parjanyadeb has over 22 years of diversified experience across various organization in microfinance, consultancy, and banking. He began his career in 2000 as a project manager with South Asian Research Society. After that he was engaged in different front of microfinance environment as project leader as well as consultant. Successfully led and managed product and business roles while streamlining process for MFIs, documentation, project proposals, manuals, training modules for banks and MFIs. He has done capacity building for more than 25 MFIs, conducted training on delinquency management , loan portfolio audit for MFIs and bank.  He joined HDFC Bank in 2007, worked in different vertical in direct and wholesale lending front as a team leader in Eastern India. After spending around 7 years stint in HDFC bank, he has served around 8 years as a Zonal Head of Microfinance Division with Yes Bank and with other responsibilities he was served as a key person in product designing team.

Parjanyadeb holds Masters degree in Commerce from University of Calcutta. He also holds a Diploma in Rural Development from Institute of Cooperative Management.

Parjanyadeb likes sports, travelling and listening to music.

Prasanna has over 15 years of diverse experience from education to e-commerce, always with the goal of creating a significant societal impact. Prior to UCIC, he was the Co-Founder of CareerLabs Technologies Pvt Ltd. With a robust foundation in Computer Science from the College of Engineering, Guindy, and an MBA from IIM Bangalore.

Prasanna is no stranger to the startup world of Bangalore, where he has gathered a treasure trove of stories and earned his battle scars. Whether it’s discussing the nuances of Hacking Biology, the Quantified Life philosophy, or sharing tales from road trips across India with his son, Prasanna is full of stories from his experience.

Rajeev has over 8 years of experience. Prior to joining UCIC, he was working as a Principal at AIF Fund at Klub. His earlier experiences include working with ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, and IIFL Asset Management Limited. He’s worked across various roles in Trade Finance, Stressed Assets, Private Credit & Revenue Based Financing spaces before joining UCIC. He is a PGDM graduate from IIM Ranchi with Majors in Finance and Minors in Strategy. He’s also an Engineering Graduate from NIT Durgapur.

Rajeev enjoys playing Poker, going on short road trips, and has recently taken an interest in cooking.

Rakshitha is a Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) and has completed her Post Graduation in Financial Management from NGASCE. She is a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) graduate with a specialization in Banking & Insurance from Christ University, Bangalore.

Rakshitha enjoys drawing comics and writing poetry.

Ravi has over 2 years of work experience in Agri Finance. He was previously associated with Samunnati and OFPL. He is a B.Sc. Physics(H) Graduate from Delhi University. He has completed his Masters in Rural Management from IRMA (Institute of Rural Management Anand) with specialization in Rural Finance and Development Studies.

Ravi likes to follow the sport of mix martial arts.

Riya has recently completed her graduation in BBA Hons in Finance from RV University. Prior to joining UCIC, she had interned as a Market Research Intern at propFTX.

Riya is fond of exploring new food and new places for travelling. In her free time, she enjoys herself indulging in reading or sketching

Saurabh has 1 year of experience. Prior to joining UCIC, he worked at ESAF Small Finance Bank as an Executive Trainee. He has completed PGDM in Finance from ISME, Bangalore, and has a keen interest in financial modeling and staying updated with finance news.

Saurabh enjoys playing cricket, exploring new recipes, and indulging in good food as a true foodie.

Shreyansh has 6 years of experience in fintech operations, collections, and legal recovery. Prior to UCIC he has worked with Klub, HSBC, and American Express. He is currently pursuing his MBA and has recently pivoted credit risk, in portfolio optimization, recovery strategies, and stakeholder management within financial services.
Beyond work, he enjoys music, cooking, and poetry.

Shrihari has over 28 years of experience in varied sectors such as development banking, equity investments, and corporate finance in social impact sectors. He began his career in 1991 with SIDBI and later with SIDBI Venture Capital wherein he worked in sectors such as NBFCs, microfinance, technology development and modernization in SME clusters, infrastructure lending, life sciences, IT/ITES, to name a few. During his stint with SIDBI, Shrihari has handled business origination, credit appraisal, portfolio monitoring and collection and recovery across various geographies in India.

For a period of five years, Shrihari was part of an entity that offered e-governance and various other IT-enabled G2C/private services throughout the state of Karnataka. He has also worked for a company that installs and operates renewable energy–based mini-grids in rural parts of North India.

During his stint with Unitus Capital, Shrihari worked on debt and equity transactions on behalf of clients in MFI, education finance, MSME lending, waste management and healthcare verticals.

Shrihari holds a BTech degree and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from IIM-Ahmedabad. He is also a Chevening Scholar from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Shrihari likes travelling and listening to Indian music.

Sridhara has over 11 years of experience in IT. Prior to joining UCIC, he has worked in LDS Infotech, where he handled IT & Networking support. He has a diploma in E&C from ABPT, Tumkur.
Sridhar enjoys playing cricket, swimming and travelling.

Shwetha has over 6 years of experience in Accounts and Finance. Prior to UCIC she was working as an Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts in a Financial Outsourcing company focused on the social sector, she has developed strong interest in Financial Management. She is a graduate in Commerce from Mangalore University, is currently pursuing her Chartered Accountancy(CA).

She enjoys reading, watching movies, cooking and spending time with animals.

Sindhuja is an Operations Executive. She has over 6 years of experience. Prior to joining UCIC, she was working with Fox Mandal and Associates where she was looking after Corporate Compliance.

Sindhuja holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Bangalore University and has completed her Master’s in Commerce through distance learning with the Indira Gandhi Open University.

Sindhuja enjoys spending time in making art and crafts.

Suchan is a B.Tech graduate and has completed the AGM Programme at IMT Ghaziabad. Prior to joining UCIC, he worked as sales executive and brand manager.

Suchan is passionate about sports, particularly Formula 1 and cricket. He also enjoys reading non-fiction books and engaging in enriching business discussions.

Sudarshan has over 4 years of experience across fields like supply chain consulting and credit risk analysis. Prior to working with UC Inclusive Credit, he worked with CRISIL Ratings and helped evaluate business, financial and management-related risks for over 100 companies in his portfolio.

Sudarshan holds a B.E. degree in Industrial Engineering from BMSCE, Bangalore and is an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Kashipur. He is also a CFA and FRM Charterholder. Sudarshan actively follows motor racing events like Moto GP and Formula One.

Swarup has more than 11 years of experience in investing through venture capital/venture debt in the early & growth stage startup companies, have worked with multiple industries like Healthcare, Fintech, Pre- Clinical Research -CRO, Food & Beverages to name a few.

Prior to joining UCIC, he was working as AVP- Credit with Velocity- a Revenue Based Financing Fintech startup for D2C brands (Series A funded startup), Bangalore where he handled credit, involved in credit policy making and ensured portfolio quality.

Swarup has done his MBA in Finance and holds a certification in Strategic Management & Planning from IISC, Bangalore. Swarup is a big time foodie and likes to travel around the world.

Finance professional with over 5 years of experience. Prior to joining UCIC, she was working with Brickwork Ratings where she undertook over 180 rating assignments across sectors namely Corporates, SMEs, Educational Institutions, NGO and Tourism.

Thrupti has completed Bachelor of Business Administration and Post Graduate Diploma in Management with specialization in Finance.

Thrupti enjoys spending time with nature and glass painting.

Vajas has 1 year of experience in Banking. Prior to joining UCIC, he worked for Kotak Mahindra Bank. He has completed his Master of Business Administration from Christ University, Bangalore.
