Narayan is a pioneer in building inclusive institutions in India. He is a Board Member of Team Lease, Founder of Inklude Labs and Co-Chairman of Unitus Capital. He is the former Chairman at Ratnakar Bank Limited (RBL). Previously Narayan was India Country Head for Morgan Stanley, responsible for leading all the firm’s businesses. Prior to that he was Global Head of Emerging Markets at Morgan Stanley where he managed over $25 bn in assets. He began his career at Goldman Sachs. Narayan is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Aarin Capital started by Mohan Das Pai and Ranjan Pai, is a proprietary venture fund that invests in technology-intensive businesses in life-sciences & healthcare, education and other potentially large India-centric or India-first market opportunities.
