Narayan is a pioneer in building inclusive institutions in India. He is a Board Member of Team Lease, Founder of Inklude Labs and Co-Chairman of Unitus Capital. He is the former Chairman at Ratnakar Bank Limited (RBL). Previously Narayan was India Country Head for Morgan Stanley, responsible for leading all the firm’s businesses. Prior to that he was Global Head of Emerging Markets at Morgan Stanley where he managed over $25 bn in assets. He began his career at Goldman Sachs. Narayan is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Abhijit is the Co-founder of Unitus Capital. He has over 27 years of diverse experience in development finance, commercial banking, microfinance & investment banking. Abhijit has played a key role in developing and building the UC’s business, particularly in financial inclusion. He has worked with State Bank of India and SIDBI prior to starting Unitus Capital.
Eric has 27 years of investment banking experience. He has had the privilege of working with many innovative companies that work in the fields of financial inclusion, affordable healthcare, renewable energy, affordable education, women empowerment, and agriculture. Under his leadership, UC has been ranked the #1 Indian investment bank by Venture Intelligence for the past four years. Previously, Eric ran Citigroup’s Asian investment banking franchise in the power and infrastructure sectors, and helped secure and execute multiple landmark equity, debt, and M&A transactions, totaling many billions of dollars. In 2014, Eric was named Indian Expat Entrepreneur of the Year by Expat Entrepreneurs Circle, and in 2016, was awarded the Indira Gandhi Sadbhawana Award for his contributions to the impact investing sector.
Padmaja has 36 years of proven experience across the entire spectrum of banking and financial services in various leadership roles. She was the GM – SBI and served in a leadership role in SBI Caps. She was also selected for the Women on Corporate Boards mentoring program by Spencer Stuart. She is the advisor to Project SAMEIP, a collaboration between Microsoft and SBI Foundation, enabling pathways for young PwDs in BFSI and also, the advisor to SBI Foundation & instrumental in the setting up of the Centres for disabled People PSUs
Ms. Sandhya Vasudevan was the Managing Director at Deutsche Bank Group & Thomson Reuters for more than 22 years. At Deutsche she held various global, regional leadership positions including being Regional Management COO & CRO for the bank in India. As Managing Director at Thomson Reuters she grew the off-shored team from 200 to 9000 apart from being part of Group Strategy to build knowledge economies in partnership with governments. Prior to that she set up that Axa off-shored unit and ran 3 NBFCs for the TVS Group. She has also served as an independent Board member of Swiss Re Global Business Solutions India Private Limited & NASSCOM Foundation. She is currently on a number of Boards such as TTK Prestige, Himatsinghka Seide and a number of others including being on the Board of Governors of IIT Delhi, TiE Bengaluru & Industree Foundation. She is also on the board and is a Distinguished Professor at ASIA, a national think tank. Ms. Sandhya has an MBA in Marketing and an MA in History.
